Google Lighthouse, mobile, run Nov 3 2026 on the live site.
The brief.
The group's site lived on a website builder: slow on phones, hard to change, and hard for search engines to read. The volunteers needed a site that explains what they do, takes donations and signs up volunteers.
What we did.
- 01
Rebuilt every page as fast static HTML the group owns outright, with no builder subscription.
- 02
One page for each project, so each one can be found and shared on its own.
- 03
Clear donate and volunteer paths from every page.
- 04
Clean URLs, structured data (JSON-LD) and a sitemap, submitted to Google Search Console.
- 05
Real photos from their own work and plain copy that describes only what they have actually done.
